Hearty and tasty chicken bake that makes for a pleasing easy dinner.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
- Place tomatoes in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix, water and garlic; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.
- Place chicken in 13 x 9" baking dish; sprinkle with the basil and cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with a side salad or some steamed vegetables.

Really enjoyed this. Didn't have enough Stove Top so I used seasoned bread crumbs to make up for what I was lacking. I also used monterrey jack instead of mozzarella. Easy and tasty!!

Quick and easy meal. A little bland, but could be my fault. I used a less sodium Stove Top chicken stuffing mix.

Just an FYI - StoveTop stuffing is not an acceptable food for any phase of Atkins.
