Directions
- Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Optional to add raisins or blueberries.
- Spread the mixture in a 9x9" pan, lightly sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve directly from pan, or pour warm milk over it.

Pretty good! It satisfies your sweet/baked craving without being too bad! Very filling with so much fiber!

I really think people should pay attention to where they post. This receipe is for phase 1 of Fat Smash and it is fine.

Agreed, level 2 only..and even then only occasionally, too much carbs. Also, not to be picky, but all applesauce has sugar, there is only no sugar added, but it still has about 11 grams for 1/2 cup.

this is very good...however only in phase 2 and 3...never in phase 1
