Oatmeal Banana Cookies

Delicious, sweet, and chewy.

Directions

  1. Mix 1 cup of oats, mashed bananas, chia seeds, dates, oil, and egg.
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients until well combined.
  3. Scoop 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet with parchment paper, and bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes.
