									Quick, easy to make pork chops that are really yummy.

									Directions
									
									- Trim excess fat from chops.
 - In small bowl combine the salad dressing, Dijon-style mustard and black pepper.
 - Brush both sides of chops with mixture.
 - Add the chops to a 12-inch skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil and cook covered, over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
 - Turn chops over. Add the thinly sliced onion.  
 - Cook covered for another 5 to 10 minutes or until chops and onion are tender.

							Wonderful and full of flavor. Very simple to prepare. My teens and hubby didn't rave about it but didnt complain. My husband said it was "good" but when he LOVES a recipe everyone knows it. Probably a repeater though.

							These chops are amazing!  They are super easy to make and totally delicious. I hate dijon though.  I substituted a beer and brat mustard instead so it has a little more bite to it.
