Directions
- Combine the meats, parmesan cheese, chia, and eggs in a bowl.
- Form into meatballs and sear in a hot pan with olive oil. Remove from pan.
- Stir in the tomato paste and heat until smooth, then add the marinara sauce and mix to combine. Next, toss in the Italian blend cheese and stir until melted.
- Add meatballs back to the pan and cover with mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°F until golden and bubbly.
