Cheesy Pizza Meatballs

Whether served as an appetizer, a fun weeknight dinner, or a game-day snack, this dish is sure to satisfy every craving.

Directions

  1. Combine the meats, parmesan cheese, chia, and eggs in a bowl.
  2. Form into meatballs and sear in a hot pan with olive oil. Remove from pan.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste and heat until smooth, then add the marinara sauce and mix to combine. Next, toss in the Italian blend cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Add meatballs back to the pan and cover with mozzarella.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 400°F until golden and bubbly.
