You cannot have peanut butter in the induction phase! So these are not good for that.

If you like Reece cup cookies you can put a sugar-free one in the middle right before you bake and they are delicious or once they are done drizzle some sugar free chocolate on top! YUMMY!!!

A little dry, but good for the peanut butter and cookie cravings.

This dough would be good for cheesecake crust. Maybe u could bake a few and crumble them on top of it.

I really like them. I think they're a bit too sweet. I'm going to try 3/4 cup or 9 packets of splenda next time. I used 1/2 creamy and 1/2 crunchy peanut butter. If you smash them down a little before baking, they're a little easier to eat than the mounds.

I really liked these, however one whole cup of Splenda is too much. All you taste is the Splenda. I loved the idea that I can eat a "cookie" in Phase 1. It almost felt like I was cheating!

These were great! I made mine into balls then pushed them down with a finger, leaving a little dip in the cookie. I then added some Sugar-free jam to the dip. It was fantastic.
