I just made these and they are sooooooo yummy, but i knocked it a point because they are really crumbly. I think I might each the whole batch tho :)

Jaynie: There are two BREEDS of splenda... Baking splenda that you get in a bag, and splenda packets. One is sweeter than the other. If you get baking splenda, the granules are bigger.. and not as sweet. 1 Cup will equal the same sweetness as a cup of sugar. If you use the actual packets, 12 packets will equal the SWEETNESS of one cup of splenda. (even though you are right, 12 packets of that breed of splenda is probably only about 1/4 cups worth of powder... but it's much sweeter than sugar)

mmmmmmmmmmmm... hard not to just sit and eat them all. Just makes you crave a big glass of milk to go with them. But, what a great treat for the 1st phase.

These are great! I especially liked them with small spoon of extra creamy cool whip (only 25 calories and 2g carb per serving (2 tbsp)! It makes them extra special! OH...and for me...they are even better if left in the freezer just long enough to firm up!
