This was great - a bit crumbly but it almost tasted like the real thing! If only I could have a glass of milk with it too :(
I'll definately make this again! Thanks for sharing!

I made these with Egg Beaters instead of a whole egg and natural peanut butter and they came out really well. A little crumbly, not brittle, and still fairly moist in the center. I have one of these crumbled in the fudge pop/cool whip/peanut butter goo and it's yummy!

Great sugar content. You can add another egg, or even a little honey to make them stick together better.

My whole family liked these. They are a very flakey peanut butter cookie. would not guess they were so healthy.

I'm a little confused, peanut butter isn't allowed on the induction phase of atkins. I'm not sure why this recipe is listed under there.

This cookies are amazing, still feel I'm cheating with them though.

These cookies come out like little peanut butter truffles (very rich). I rolled them into about 3/4 tsp balls for snacking.

Maybe it depends on the natural PB you are using, because I used natural peanut butter and they worked just fine. The splenda had a bit of an after taste, but I found that the longer the cookies stayed around, the less I could taste that. I overlooked that anyhow, seeings as it's one of the only cookies or sweets you can have in this phase. Overall, worth it!
