									Ingredients	
									
									
									Directions
									
									- Heat oil in large pot over medium-high heat. 
 - Add onions, carrots and celery. Cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
 - Add tomatoes, broth, oregano, basil and thyme and bring to a boil. Add cabbage and rice and reduce heat to a simmer. 
 - Cook 30-40 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in beans and simmer for 5 minutes or until beans are heated through.
