Very low in carbs. :) This one is great. I add some low sodium soy sauce to it which makes it even better. :) MMMMM mmmmmmm!!

this is great for all phases of atkins. i use a lot more spinach because it does shrink down. i really like spinach when it's cooked and this is a tasty and easy way to add veggies to a nice chicken or steak dinner.
