A great lowfat recipe that will put some zing into your turkey.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut breasts into 4 steaks.
- Combine in a bowl the corriander seeds, crushed red pepper, ground ginger, sea salt, lime peel and half of the cumin.
- Take the balance of the cumin and sprinkle it on the turkey steaks so it sticks.
- Grill or bbq the turkey for ~15 minutes or until cooked, making sure to turn at least once.
- In another bowl combine yogurt, lime juice and the reserved cumin mixture to make a sauce.
