This part pizza and part quiche dish is all flavor.
Ingredients
Directions
- Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth.
- Add cream, parmesean cheese and spices (Italian seasoning).
- Spray 13x9" glass baking dish with oil. Put 2 cups of shredded cheese in dish and pour egg mix over.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
- Spread with sauce and then add your toppings like pepperoni.
- Cover with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake till browning and bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes or so.

What an awesome dish!!! I used chicken breast instead of pepperoni and used low fat buttermilk instead of heavy cream....this was sooooo good!!!! 10 thumbs up :)

I made this over the weekend and it was great!!
Ill sure make this again. To go with my program I did not use as much cheese as the recipe called for so i could eat more. I was really surprised at how good the crust was. Sure is Atkins friendly

8 points on WW, but I think if you made it with turkey pepperoni, low-fat cheese, light cream and a few other tweaks it would be lower...i'll investigate and report back

I haven't tried this yet... but wonder if adding wheat bran to the egg mixture would make it crispier.

This was great! I think I will call it something else, the name confuses the pallet! Just call it an "Italian Casserole" & serve with a mixed salad. The entire family loved it!!
