Great dish and easy to prepare. So low in calories, the wife and I had 3 servings each for dinner which was only 276 calories. Then for lunch the following day, we paired this with some low calorie soup.

its hard to see that i'd get 8 serves out of this for a meal, but even 2 serves would be fine calorie and carb-wise. I'd be more worried about the high protein content.

I've made a lot of similar stuff and the only way I can do it is with seasonings. White pepper, parsley, anything that's salt free and not from a seasoning packet wont change the nutritional value but will give it more flavor.

For a little crunch I added a few water chess nuts. Yum Yum. I make it for supper and then put the left overs in a container for lunch at work. Just a good the next day :)

I thought this was a good base but it needed something more. I think I'll add tuna next time to see how it tastes. I think with tuna it will be really yummy and still pretty low calorie. Thank you for sharing it!

Delicious!! I used just 4/5th a clove of garlic, green onions instead of yellow, sauteed the onion and garlic before adding to the mixture. It was amazing. Thanks for the recipe!

Wow! This is fan-freakin'-tastic! I added 1/2 pound of ground turkey sausage and it worked great with that addition. This is going to be a staple item for me. Love, love, LOVE this!
