A great easy to make cassserole.
Ingredients
Directions
- In skillet, brown ground beef
and drain off fat.
- Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Cover and
cook over medium heat until boiling. Reduce to low heat and simmer for 35 minutes. Serve hot.

Like it. Tasty with some added low call spice like Mexican Chipolte Spice, All Spice and a Dash of Italian Seasoning. My kids will like to put this in wraps. Hopefully they will forget that they are eating alot of veggies...

Not appropriate for phase 1.

This is not good for those in Phase One and Im not really sure why it popped up. You have to omit the rice, peas and carrots for it to be okay

you can't have rice in the first two weeks and this showed up as a first phase recipe
