My husband likes the flavor of the onions in this one, so next time I might add a few more. These are probably my favorite! I made them with the Sweet Potato & Apple Bake recipe on here too and the family ate everything! We will make this again.

Fabulous!! Extra garlic and HOT Hungarian Paprika (if you like a little bite). Along with the apples and pork..... This is definitely one for the permanent cook book!

I made this dish the other night and the family loved it! it's definitely a keeper. and for those who don't like to measure, McCormick has this in their Recipe Inspiration cards where the spices are pre-measured.

Maybe I messed up the recipe? The juice tasted like vinegar once cooked and no one would eat it - we all went to subway instead :(

I made this with Macintosh apples and really enjoyed the result. The savory and sweet coupled with the slight tartness of the apple was delicious. I'll be having this again.

Not bad... we're planning on cutting back on the sage and thyme, as it was a bit strong, but overall good.
