Pumpkin Donuts

Baked treat with low sugar content.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
  3. Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Put batter in a piping bag and pipe into a donut pan.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with erythritol and cinnamon if desired.
