Powdered Peanut Butter Cookies

Soft, delicious, and low in calories.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in 1 to 2 tablespoon servings.
  3. Use extra brown sugar substitute if desired, on the back of a fork to press into cookies and flatten into circles.
  4. Bake at 350°F for approximately 12 minutes or until puffed in the center, and edges are lightly browned. Let cool before eating.
