Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sweet, delicious, and made without butter.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine oil, egg, sugars, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Mix in salt, baking soda, and flour.
  4. Add in chocolate chips.
  5. Form 6 dough balls and place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 11 minutes.
