Cheese & Oat Bites with Cottage Cheese

Easy, quick, and healthy breakfast.

Directions

  1. Beat all the wet ingredients together, then stir in the baking powder.
  2. Stir in oats.
  3. Place five or six blueberries in each silicone muffin cup.
  4. Top with a heaping tablespoon of oat mixture.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F.
