									Directions
									
									- Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
 - Spray pan with cooking spray.
 - Grind pistachios, garlic, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper in blender or processor.
 - Coat top of tilapia with liquid stevia.
 - Press coated side onto pistachio mixture to coat.
