BEWARE: There is an error in the ingredients. It states Peanut Butter, but if you click the word Peanut Butter, it is actually the nutritional values for butter. If you use peanut butter, these cookies are not necessarily a good low-carb food option.

I made these cookies with natural peanut butter and they are FANTASTIC. I added a teaspoon of vanilla. Perfect recipe! :)

There is way more carbs per cookie than stated. I calculate it to be a little over 4 per cookie, but the cookies are really small. Whoever made this recipe didn't add the carbs correctly. The peanut butter has about 35 net carbs and the splenda has 48 net carbs. Way more than stated. Cookies weren't that good either.

Only if you use reduced fat peanut butter. Then the cookie is only 1pt a cookie instead of 3pts. !!!!

These taste good but we calculated 4+ carbs/cookie given the 4 net carbs for each 2T of peanut butter. How did you get so low a carb count?

Eating these made me realize how much i miss carbs! Maybe its the way I made my batch but they did not leave me wanting more AT ALL! I ditched the cookies in the bin and opt'd for some peppermint tea instead :) I give it a three for taking so long my sweet tooth was gone!

I used Skippy Natural PB chunky and it came out to .27 carbs per cookie. I think I will try to get some stevia if it is not to pricey. I really think splenda has an after taste. I think these are good for a treat though.
