Little Liter Deviled Eggs

These deviled eggs make a nice treat that's high in protein.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil eggs.
  2. Slice eggs in half long ways.
  3. Carefully remove egg yolks.
  4. Mix egg yolks, sweet pickle relish, light mayonnaise, dijon and yellow mustard in a small mixing bowl.
  5. Spoon mixture into egg halves. Garnish.
  6. Let sit in fridge for 2 hours.
  7. Note: garnish as you please, both paprika and parsley are nice.
