									- Blend all ingredients (except for bread crumbs) well, and shape into croquettes.  
 - Dip in dry crumbs. Set on ungreased pan.

							I was inspired by this repice. Instead of using mayo I used dijon mustard and light sour cream. I also used egg beaters to lower the calories too. This was a great idea. Love it thanks.

							This is fantastic!  They taste so good even my non-fish eaters gave them a try.  You really only need 1/3cup bread crumbs though.  I use my ice cream scoop to dish them out and I usually get 9 instead of 10.
