Gluten-Free Pancakes

A classic breakfast with soft and fluffy texture.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients, except vinegar and flour.
  2. Quickly stir in vinegar, then add flour.
  3. Pour the desired size for your pancakes into a large pan over medium heat.
  4. Once the pancake has stopped bubbling and appear set from the edges, flip and finish cooking.
  5. Remove pancakes from heat and serve.
