Black Bean Brownies

Directions

  1. Set oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain liquid from beans then puree.
  3. Mix eggs, vanilla extract, and yogurt in a bowl.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Mix slowly dry and wet ingredients.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking mold.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Let cool before unmolding and slicing.
