									- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and channa dal. Sauté for 10 minutes then add chopped onions, chilies, salt, turmeric powder. Cook until the oil becomes light reddish brown.
 - Add chopped okra and cook without lid for 20 minutes on medium heat.
 - Add paprika and ground cumin. Simmer with lid for 15 minutes.
