Chicken and Mushroom Pasta
A creamy, low-sugar dish that is ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cook pasta according to packaging directions.
- In a non-stick pan, cook chicken until golden.
- Chop onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add to pan and cook until translucent. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Add coconut milk, remaining spices, and half of parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Transfer pasta into the pan of sauce and mix.
- Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top then serve.
