Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Mash bananas, combine with the eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  3. Fold wet into dry and mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer to a loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes.
