Tomato Soup

Fresh, delicious, and healthy.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add the olive oil to the pot.
  2. Cut all Roma tomatoes and add to the pot.
  3. Turn the pot on medium heat.
  4. Pour in tomato puree after 5 minutes and smash the tomatoes into chunky bits.
  5. Add garlic, salt, and other spices.
  6. Once the pot begins to bubble, add in chopped cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, and chicken broth.
  7. Take off the heat once all tomatoes are soft (cherry tomatoes should still hold shape).
  8. Emulsify or blend the soup. Serve and enjoy.
