Cherry Cheese Danish

A delicious puff pastry substrate covered with cream cheese and topped with cherries.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Cut pastry into squares, score a boarder around each piece and press the center to create a well.
  3. Fill each center with generous spoonful of cream mixture and top with cherry filling.
  4. Brush edges with egg wash.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
