Golden Flaxseed Bread

Gluten-free, soft, and tasty.

Directions

  1. Heat water to 158°F.
  2. Whisk together ground golden flaxseed flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add hot water. Mix with a fork for 30 seconds until well combined. Kneed with hands about 3 times.
  4. Shape into a disk and smooth the top.
  5. Bake on a silicone mat lined with parchment paper for 1 hour in preheated oven at 355°F.
  6. Place on a wire rack to cool. Once cooled, enjoy.
