- Whisk together ground golden flaxseed flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add hot water. Mix with a fork for 30 seconds until well combined. Kneed with hands about 3 times.
- Shape into a disk and smooth the top.
- Bake on a silicone mat lined with parchment paper for 1 hour in preheated oven at 355°F.
- Place on a wire rack to cool. Once cooled, enjoy.
